While homeowners often inquire about using personal air compressors for this task, it's not advisable. Proper irrigation line blowout requires an industrial-grade air compressor capable of delivering 80-100 CFM at 30-50 PSI. Standard home-use compressors lack the necessary capacity for this operation.
